Brandy here, filling in for the mending Suki. She is making great progress to her bionic-ness.I want to give a huge shout out to the new followers on Short Tails. Suki will be so excited when I share the news. Knowing her, she will spin with excitement. Don't know how she can spin so fast clockwise and not fall over from the dizzies.
Today, I wanted to check out a new adventure place for us to go when Suki is healed. Couldn't wait to get to Mills Pond in Wells Branch and swim with the Water Ducks, not to be confused with Land Ducks.
Not sure if Suki will want to swim in the pond, the ducks are nice, but rumor has it from a fisher-man-human, he caught a 35# catfish (what?... cats have gills?... is this how they purr?). That's 3 times as big as Suki, she would be a snack for the swimming gilled cats. If the fish are that big, maybe a Loch Ness Monster could be lurking in the water too. My little buddie is the best, don't want her being fish/monster food. Note to self, need to have a talk with Suki, she will understand about the dangers of big fish, she watched Shark Week with her Mom.Please don't tell Suki that Camp Director went on the Pond Adventure, she would be happy he went, but would be so very disappointed that she didn't get to see him.

Did okay, but boy am I worn out now. Don't think we are going for adventure today. Maybe tomorrow. It is so hot out. I am ready for fall.
