All my life adventures have been in Texas and one in Tennessee. Little did I know The Great Adventure would take me from Texas thru Arkansas (horrible bone-jarring interstate, Mom said she was driving on a wash board), to the "Show Me State" to the final destination, "The Land of Lincoln".
After eight hours riding with multiple leg stretching. potty breaks, our half way stopping point was Little Rock. After checking in the room, it was time for a refreshment. Mom says co-pilots don't drink & ride... nothing for me except treats for picture posing.

One last pursing of emails and blog-ville before we headed to The Farm which has very limited, if any cellular or internet access. I think Mom really enjoyed a break from her phone & laptop. The one thing she can't shut off is the camera...
We had 5 hours ahead of us yet to drive.
Stay tuned... more to follow.... Camping...
You stayed in a hotel?!! Man, for such a small pug, you have some BIG adventures!! Looking forward to hearing more!
ReplyDeleteSuki,
ReplyDeleteThere are no words for your cuteness! I think you are heading in the wrong direction. I live WEST and you are heading east. Quick, tell your pilot to do a u-turn!
Suki,
ReplyDeleteThat drink looks pretty refreshing after a long day in the car...especially that cherry garnish! Was that in your hotel room? And look at all those pillows on the bed...I think I'd try to climb that mountain! Can't wait to see pictures from The Farm and camping trip!
Love,
Payton
Oh Suki - that looks like so much fun. I am going to Tahoe soon and I cannot wait. Even the 5 hour drive is good because I can see lots of things I don't see in Suburbia.
ReplyDeleteLove Noodles
Dude, if you think Arkansas is bad, you should try Louisiana. It was awful when we went two years ago. Unfortunately, we are going to Arkansas for Christmas this year, ick.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear more of your adventure though!
Suki-
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to hear more about your Great Adventures! You are such a luck pup to get to stay in a hotel! We look forward to reading all about the Farm.

Suki it looks like a great hotel!!! Enjoy.
ReplyDeleteIf you start doing agility, you will get to stay in lots of hotels. Big fluffy beds, room service, and chewies to keep you occupied.
ReplyDeleteLook forward to your photos when you get back. Have fun.
Hi Noodle,
ReplyDeleteYes, I stayed in a hotel, it was the best. Next time, I should order room service.
Hugs,
Suki
Hi Pug,
ReplyDeleteMaybe one of these days, we will head West! It would be awesome to meet you and Dutch in person.
Hugs,
Suki
Noodles,
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to hear about your travels to Tahoe... Are you going skiing?
Hugs,
Suki

ReplyDeleteChristmas travels sound like fun, except for traveling on the Arkansas roads. Maybe they will have them fixed by then.
Hugs,
Suki
